The Longstockings is a group of children’s authors dedicated to creating great books for children and teens. We met through the MFA in writing for children program at the New School in New York City.
We began as a workshop group with the goal of helping each other polish our manuscripts. As time went on, the group also became a cheering section, motivational coach, and professional group.
